A living conversation between two people — improvised, intimate, endlessly deep.
History
Born in the late 19th century on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, tango emerged from a melting pot of cultures — African, European, and indigenous. It began as a street dance and became a world art form.
What makes it unique
Unlike choreographed dances, Argentine tango is fully improvised. The leader proposes, the follower interprets. Every dance is a unique dialogue — no two tangos are ever the same.
For body & mind
Tango improves posture, coordination, and balance. It sharpens focus and presence — you must listen with your whole body. Many practitioners find it deeply meditative.
A living culture
Tango is danced at milongas — social evenings with their own codes and etiquette. Since 2009 it has been on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list, celebrated across the world.

Who teaches.

Alina
A lifelong dancer and performer, Alina discovered Argentine tango six years ago after leaving two contemporary dance companies. She traveled to Buenos Aires for intensive study with top maestros, dancing nearly non-stop. Since then, she has continued exploring tango across Europe.

Sergey
Sergey began dancing tango in 2011 in Moscow. With a background in programming, martial arts, and movement practices like Wing Chun and Tai Chi, his approach is both logical and intuitive. Two intensive trips to Buenos Aires reshaped his understanding of close embrace tango.
Our teaching philosophy
«We teach tango as a conversation — not a set of steps. From your very first class, you will improvise, connect, and feel the music. No partner needed to start. No prior dance experience required.»
What students say.
Идти было страшно: без пары, никогда не танцевала. А уже через два часа мы танцевали так, что в начале занятия я бы просто не поверила.
It was a well structured workshop, it was nice to have explanations of why and not only how. The coaches were very nice and seemed like they were having fun as well.
Супер атмосфера, приятные люди, хороший подход. Танец оказался проще, чем ожидалось, — 90% построено на чувствовании друг друга. Пробовать всегда лучше, чем не пробовать!

Questions & answers.
Do I need a partner to join?
No partner required. We rotate partners during class so everyone dances with everyone.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. For shoes — anything with a smooth sole. Avoid sneakers with rubber soles that grip the floor.
I have never danced — is tango for me?
Absolutely. Our Tango from Zero course is designed for complete beginners. No prior dance experience needed.
How many people are in a class?
We keep groups small — typically 6 to 12 people — so everyone gets individual attention.
What language are classes taught in?
Classes are taught in English by default. If everyone in the group speaks Russian or Czech, we are happy to switch.
